  Please be careful of CP motors as I found out to my cost, I took my car for mot I was quoted £240 plus vat over the phone on Wednesday3/8/16 I phoned 3 may be 4 times to be told it would be ready Thursday not a problem ,i phoned Friday to pick car up Saturday morning all ok only to receive a phone call Friday evening to say the car was ready but your bill is now £395 ,nobody bothered to phone me to explain the problem they were having ,if they could have been bothered to do so I would have not have the work done because the car is not worth £400, please get a written quote absolutely disgusted. Rating out of 10 -0.

  I am Puzzled to read that Polesworth homes is rated 3 star by the assessors.my biggest question is , is the tool used in care home assesment and grading in modern times include the views and the working environment situation for staff? I recently got a job as a senior support worker in one of the homes and was extremely disapointed by how the staff are treated by management.1st I was very happy to work near home but when i started working i couldnt beleive a support worker is supposed to work for 9 hrs without even a 5 mins break.argument,you sit with service users to have lunch and thats your break .when one sit down for lunch with service users for meals all through is support either prompting or direct feeding.secondly, incase of any shortage of staff,the manager just impose overtime or change of shifts without consulting the workers leaving them frustrated.for instance when i was fired, a message was put in carers message book that shifts will be changing immedietely for some staffs as i have left.no consultation or anything.i defined this as dictorship.In the home that i worked the sleepover staff ,all other staff and service users used the same bathrooms and toilet.Argument, they are cleaned regularly while there is no protocol of disinfection ,incase one had an infectious illness as there are about 8 service users,10 staff in a normal day all sharing 2 bathrooms and toilet,it could spread like bushfire.I asked few staff members why they dont complain to management and they told me in different occassions that if they complain they are informed that there are so many people looking for jobs out there.they fear to loose their jobs with the current economy so they have to put up with the probs.true to what they said,when i complained i was told to leave immedietely to cut the long story short, 1week later i received a cheque paid with 70 p less per hour than agreed on employment and to make matters worse it bounced. Apparently it was posted without proper signatures.my husband had to follow up my hard earned cash.the second cheque was cleared after more than 3 weeks of payday.
  I just feel that the organisation dont have staff interest at heart to include the health and safety rules .At this century i dont expect to see staff being enslaved to work without breaks or there will be more cases of dementia and otherwork related health issues of would be healthy citizens. I hope someone will help these people one day. The staff turnover in this company explains it all.Am not going to comment on service users issues for privacy purposes

  Shocking service. Did some work for me last summer and will not even return my calls any more despite me being utterly polite and willing to wait. Would not recommend at all. Utterly disgraceful
